Slytherin wins September/October House cup
« on: November 03, 2004, 07:08:03 AM »
A much easier race to call than the US election.  :D

Slytherin 70
Ravenclaw 0
Gryffindor 25
Hufflepuff 30

No house had more than one member who broke the divisor.

Congrats Slytherin!

Shelly earned 25, which was the most points per student this house cup.

*smirks and looks smug* Yes, very good work. No less is to be expected from the most talented and ambitious wizards in this school.

*rolls eyes*

Well, we'll win it next time.

Well, I do go to this school, and I have been in potions for years.

You feeling all right, Snapey? Er, I mean, Professor Snapey?

I don't like your tone, but I like your name calling even less, Miss Shelly. Five points from Gryffindor.

*snerk* Yeah, I thought it was a nice nickname, too, Tia. Apparently Snape*whispers "-y"* didn't agree. Oh well.

Hello.  Say hi to the new guy in the House.  I just want to say "Slytherin rocks!".  And I look forward to teaching those arrogant Gryffindors a lesson.
I have found that the pursuit of knowledge and the pursuit of friends often find their paths splitting and running in completely opposite directions.

I'm with you on that, though we should at least try for a little interhouse cooperation.

Here's how I define inter-house cooperation...we do what it takes to succeed and reach the top, and the rest get out of our way.  Sound like a plan to anyone?

Emotion is fine, so long as it supports our success.  And, it was an inevitability that we'd win it.  After all, we are the house that's most driven to win, aren't we?

So you mean the whole attitude of "We've got Potter, now we're hotter" is gone?  Thank goodness, it was starting to make me sick.

Silly Slytherins, it's just a game.  You are all way to compedative, especially you, YamNeo, you are way too open about how you use people for success, so everyone knows that you use people.  Not very nice in my book.  But I will say, congradulations to Slytherin, but hopefully Hufflepuff wil be better at gaining points this next turn.

Wahoo, go Slytherins.  I can't say I helped win any points, for that I am sorry.  I'll hopefully be around more now though.

And Marold, don't worry about it.  You can help us out plenty for the next House Cup.

Hmmm I think Slytherin would be fun to be in but if I was in any house other than Gryffindor Id feel left out as everyone loves Gryffindor and they can do no wrong.. well thats the impression I get.
