So, I promised I would do this, and so I really am now.

This time, I'm not going to give an image, but rather a theme. The theme: winter. The images should have some aspect of winter in them. They don't have to focus on winter, but should have winter in them somehow.

Images can be from the movies or even the illustrations from the books, if you can find anything relevant.

The contest will end Nov. 7th. (I'd do it the week before, but I'll be out of town and I don't yet know how much of a net connection I'll have then.)

Awww!

Right now I really wish I had Paint Shop Pro, but I'll cheer everyone on.  Smiley

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.

Can it be an illustration we've done ourselves, or are we limited to more "official" image bases? (Movie stills, book illustrations)

I'm not even sure if I'll be able to finish... I work on the computer for a job now, and I've found that I'm not as inclined to open Photoshop at home now that I have to do it every day for minimum wage. O_o I'll try, though. It sounds fun. Grin

The quantity of consonants in the English language is constant. If omitted in one place, they turn up in another. When a Bostonian "pahks" his "cah," the lost r's migrate southwest, causing a Texan to "warsh" his car and invest in "erl wells."

Good question. I'll say fan art is acceptable for this one, though that might change for future competitions, depending.

I hear you on not wanting to be on the computer when not at work!

So, erm, nobody entered. So I'll extend this to Dec. 5th. After that... we'll see, I guess.

I'm sorry Ping. I really do want to enter, I've just been so busy. I'll try to find the time on Sunday to make something.
